Maria Savvenas is a movement teacher who specializes in the core and pelvic floor, located in Springfield, MO. She has a passion for women’s health, dignity, and well being. Maria teaches a movement protocol safe for pregnant women, and provides opportunities for self care and community care in the postpartum years. Her movement protocol allows students to understand the pelvic floor and to find natural strength patterns for better control of their health.

Ms. Core LLC here in Springfield, MO has a mission to bring individuals back to core and pelvic floor optimal health. Public classes contain techniques for functional exercises, biomechanics, and progressive strength loading. These classes also teach proprioception, the ability to perceive the body moving through space.

Public classes are at 2BWell in Springfield, MO. There are two class options.

Whole Body Core Classes are on Mondays at 5:30 PM.

Restore Your Core™ Classes are on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.

Private sessions can be done in person or online via Zoom.

These two movement methods are suitable for prenatal, postnatal, menopausal, and postmenopausal women. A private session is perfect for a person trying to gain deep core strength and alleviate symptoms due to back pain, diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, functional scoliosis, or any other form of core weakness needing individual assessment.
